T’Shuvah Group is geared for people fighting substance abuse, or anyone who has had a history of fighting substance abuse. All are welcome.
T’Shuvah Group creates a safe and challenging space to look at our week, pause, reflect, and consider what we need to do to get closer to creating a life of meaning for ourselves. Finding meaning is at the center of recovery from addictions of all kinds. Everyone has a right for redemption and to form new habits and choices.
To do this we need to dedicate a healthy amount of time and resources toward building a lifetime of recovery. As addiction is a symptom of a divided self, our group can help people to resolve the dichotomy. Living T’shuvah means integrating the spiritual principles of Judaism, authenticity, and transparency. The group is designed to help us study, seek answers and commit to change so that we are better prepared and can face the challenges of life and recovery.
Please do not feel obligated to formally register for T’Shuvah Group. We want to respect and ensure everyone’s anonymity. Feel free to just show up.
